About Us
Vikram Rege
Vikram Rege has an MBA degree in Marketing from Leeds University Business School with over 15 years of experience in investing in securities and debt in the emerging markets wherein he has successfully serviced institutional and high net worth clients in the areas of equity sales. He has been able to leverage his in-depth knowledge of the operational aspects of the capital markets to execute complex transactions in a simplistic manner. Mr. Rege is an approved person with the FCA holding the role of SMF3 Executive Director as well as the certified/assessed controlled function of client dealing.
Axum Hailegiorgis
Axum has been employed at Warden Baker (UK) Limited since July 2013. Up until February 2021, Warden Baker UK Limited was investment advisor to Warden Baker, Cayman Islands, an investment manager of a fund with over $800m in AuM as well as providing middle and back-office services to the fund. Mrs. Axum was responsible for verifying the market value of portfolios and assisting with all accountancy operations including calculating expenses, Client NAV, management fees and other ongoing fund related expenses. Mrs. Axum is an Associate Member of the CISI having completed the Level 3 certificate in securities and has completed 10 of the 14 ACCA accountancy exams. In addition, she has been a member of the Investment Management Team for Hypnos Advisers and Managers Limited since September 2019, a Mauritian regulated CIS manager.
